Project Overview & Our Partnership

Since 2022, we have been the strategic design partner for one of the Asia-Pacific region's largest and most influential international education summits. Our ongoing collaboration spans multiple years and touchpoints:

  • Phase 1 (2022): Complete website design and development for the summit's official online presence.

  • Phase 2 (2023-2025): A continuous partnership focusing on the annual refresh of offline branding materials and the development and maintenance of a bespoke online negotiation mini-program (H5) used during the live event.

  • Purpose-Built Digital Tool: The custom H5 Negotiation Mini-Program was developed to solve a specific on-site need. It allowed attendees to efficiently browse participant profiles, schedule meetings, and facilitate partnerships directly from their phones, turning a hectic conference hall into a connected networking hub.
