Organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange, this annual gathering has evolved since its inception in 2000 into China's largest comprehensive education cooperation and exchange platform. As the 25th edition, CACIE 2024 carries significant historical weight, serving as a crucial bridge connecting Chinese education with global partners and setting the agenda for international educational collaboration. The conference's prestigious positioning and scale make it a landmark event that influences education policies, institutional partnerships, and cross-border educational initiatives across the Asian continent and beyond.

For CACIE 2024, we delivered an integrated solution that combined physical branding with digital innovation to support this premier educational event:

Prototype Planning: We designed comprehensive wireframes and user flows for the H5 mini-program, focusing on creating an intuitive interface that would facilitate seamless online negotiations and networking among international education professionals.

Website Design: While primarily focusing on VI and H5 development, we ensured all digital touchpoints maintained visual consistency with the overall conference branding, creating a cohesive experience across platforms.

Front-end Interaction: We developed a responsive H5 mini-program with real-time communication features, schedule management, and interactive elements that enhanced participant engagement during both virtual and in-person sessions.

WordPress Application: We implemented a WordPress backend to support content management for related digital assets and conference information updates throughout the event lifecycle.
