The 2023 China Greater Bay Area (GBA) Time-honored Brands (Culture) Expo is scheduled for December 16-18 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian). As the first cross-regional expo of its kind in Southern China, the event is themed "Savor Time-honored Brands, Enjoy a New Lifestyle." The grand occasion will feature a structured agenda comprising an Opening Ceremony, a Main Exhibition, a "Brands Tour the Bay Area" event, a Roundtable Conference, and 10 thematic forums. This Expo is poised to significantly boost the Greater Bay Area's openness to the world and deepen inter-regional exchange and cooperation. It stands as the premier platform for time-honored enterprises to showcase their unique brand charm globally and explore cross-border collaborations.
For this culturally significant exposition, we developed a comprehensive digital platform. Our services included designing and building a website with a distinct aesthetic that reflects deep cultural heritage, while ensuring a modern and intuitive exhibition experience. We implemented strategic UX prototyping to clearly present the complex event schedule and participant information, created a rich visual design that harmoniously blends traditional elements with a contemporary feel, and executed precise front-end development. The project encompassed robust back-end system development for event management, seamless server deployment, and the successful migration and launch of the official domain (www.lzhexpo.com), creating a central digital hub for this landmark event.
